Acid Etched


Uses chemicals to roughen the top layer of glass to give it a frosted look.
 
De-bossing


An image such as a logo, a title, or other design is heat-pressed into the surface of the paper with a die, creating depressions rather than raised impressions as in embossing. The same techniques used for embossing — blind, foil, and ink — can be used with de-bossing to create visual effects and texture. De-bossing can be done on hard and soft covers.
 
Die-Cutting


Die-cutting is like using a cookie cutter. A hand-operated, die-cutting machine uses steel rule die shapes to cut through a wide range of materials quickly and easily.
 
Embroidery


Embroidery is the process of sewing a digitized design onto garments.
 
Embossing


Embossing pushes the paper surface forward, causing a raised image.

Foil Stamping


Foil stamping uses heat and metallic film in a specialty printing process that produces a shiny design on paper, vinyl, textiles, wood, hard plastic, leather, and other materials. Foil stamping, also called hot stamping, dry stamping, foil imprinting, or leaf stamping, can be combined with dimensional embossing to make letters and images on business cards, book covers, gift cards, office folders, and a whole host of professional or personal items.
 
Laser Engraved


The practice of using lasers to engrave, etch, or mark an object. The technique can be very technical and complex, and often a computer system is used to drive the movements of the laser head. Despite this complexity, very precise and clean engravings can be achieved at a high rate.
 
Process Printing


Printing from multiple halftone images, each inked with a different color such that the composite impression will reproduce the colors of the original. A color printed from four separate printing plates. Four-color process printing uses cyan, magenta, yellow and black (CMYK) inks to produce full color reproduction.
 
Photo Etched


Your logo is laser etched inside a crystal using new laser technology to produce a stunning two-dimensional image.
 
Spot Printing


Due to costs, spot colors are the preferred method of producing stationery inexpensively. The standard reference guide to spot colors is usually Pantone®.
