It is always a good idea to know what kind of printing you're going to use before you create artwork. The majority of late orders do not meet their in hand date due to art problems. So we have created this section, which helps to understand the printing process on a various items.

Vector files are the industry standard for printing spot colors. Please use the following requirements to prevent artwork problems that will slow production.

Digital Media
	Adobe Illustrator CS or lower (EPS,AI or PDF) All fonts must be converted into outlines. No placed jpg’s or tiffs within the file. This file format for Spot Colors
	Adobe Photoshop CS or lower (Tiff., JPG, PSD, GIF, EPS) Any bitmap image must be at least 300 DPI (Dots per Inch). Only for 4 color process printing available for Photoshop.
Disk
	· CD-Rom · DVD · 3.5 Floppy Diskettes (PC) · 100 MB Iomega Zip Disk Disks will be returned only if a self stamped evelope is submited with the disk.
E-Mail

FTP Upload
	For File Transfer Protocol Upload please follow these instructions. 1. Logon to: ftp://art.gorillamarketing.net/ 2. Username: art | Password: art 3. You will get a standard Error Message. Click "OK" 4. Drag and drop your artwork into the browser window 5. Send us an e-mail letting us know you have sent the files.

DO NOT SEND:
Any word program such as Word Perfect or Power Point. If you do not have electronic art please send camera ready art to address above. Remember that all art sent through the mail must be actual size of the imprint (1:1 ratio) and must not be folded in any way. If you do not have Camera-Ready artwork, we can type set or re-create the artwork for you. Art charges will apply if edits need to be done to art.
